- brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- ground black pepper - ¼ tsp
- large shrimp, peeled & diveined - 1.5 lbs.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Peach Salsa with Garlic -
To prepare shrimp toss with sugar, cumin and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp mixture;
sauté 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Serve with Peach & Garlic Salsa.
