- medium sweet potatoes, skins on - 4
- Roasted Garlic Oil with Garlic Scapes - 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt - 2 tsp.
- cayenne pepper - pinch
- paprika - 1/4 tsp.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut potatoes into 1/2 " thick wedges and place in a large bowl.
Drizzle with Roasted Garlic Oil with Garlic Scapes and sprinkle with all seasonings, using your hands to coat potatoes evenly.
Arrange potatoes in single layers in 2 no-stick baking trays. Bake 25 minutes or until browned and tender, turning potatoes half way through baking.
