Maple Dijon Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves -
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard -
- 1/4 cup minced onion -
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice -
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup -
- 1 tbsp. olive oil -
- 2 tsp. teriyaki sauce -
- 2 tsp. soy sauce -
- 4 cloves garlic, minced - fresh or frozen -
- 1 tsp. Lemon Garlic and Rosemary Poultry Rub -
Instructions:
1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Mix Dijon mustard, onion, lemon juice, maple syrup, olive oil, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic and Lemon Garlic and Rosemary Poultry Rub together in a bowl. Ensure sauce covers the chicken.
2. Cook on high until chicken is no longer pink in the center , 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
