- 1 bunch of Kale - Massage the leaves, then finely chop and discard large stems
- 1 sweet flavored Apple - Cored and Diced
- 1 red pepper & 1 yellow pepper - Seeded and sliced
- 1/2 red onion - sliced
- 3 tbsp. Garlic Apple Cider Vinaigrette -
- 1/4 cup of currants or 1/4 dried cherries -
- 1/4 cup of walnuts -
- 1 tsp. Garlic Scape Sea Salt -
1. Toss Apple Cider Garlic Vinaigrette with kale leaves and lightly massage again with the Garlic Scape Salt.
2. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve!
