Horseradish Garlic Encrusted Pork Roast w/ Garlic & Horseradish Potato Seasoning

Garlic & Horseradish Potato Seasoning
Ingredients:
- boneless loin pork roast - 4 lb.
- cup dry bread crumbs - 1
- Garlic & Horseradish Potato Seasoning - 2.5 tbsp.
- sea salt - 1/8 tsp.
- white pepper - 1/8 tsp.
- stick melted butter - 1/4
- Italian chopped parsley - 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
Sear roast with butter browning all sides.
Mix breadcrumbs, Garlic & Horseradish Potato Seasoning, salt, pepper and
parsley in mixing bowl.
Roll pork roast in seasoning covering all sides except the bottom.
Bake in 325° oven for 2 hours until temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Remove from oven, let stand for 15 min. before slicing. Sprinkle with chopped
parsley
