Healthy & Simple, this dressing is also great in a pasta salad!
- Green Garlic or Chopped Garlic Scapes - 1-3 stems (depends on how strong you want the garlic flavor to be. Use 3 for pasta salad, 2 for dressing)
- Rice Vinegar - 1/3 cup
- Olive Oil - 1/3 cup
- Honey - 1-2 tbsp (use 1 to start, taste and then add more if it needs it. I usually end up closer to 2.)
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until combined. Taste and adjust sweetness and seasoning to your taste. Enjoy!
