Garlicky Italian Quiche Bites

Easy mini-quiches are versalite and packed with flavour using the Garlicky Italian Seasoning.
TIP: Keep leftovers for lunch; they make a great salad topper. Recipe compliments of Brett Reid
Ingredients:
- eggs (room temp) - 4-5
- milk 2% - 1/3 cup
- melted butter - 1 tbsp
- smoked, cubed ham - 1 cup
- shredded cheddar - 1 cup
- green onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 cup
- Garlicky Italian Seasoning - 1-2 tbsp
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F
1) Whisk eggs, milk and butter with Garlicky Italian Seasoning
2) Thinly brush inside frozen pastry shells with some of the egg mixture. Bake 75 F 10min
3) Chop ham, onions and grate cheese while pastry shells are cooking and stir into eggs
4) Remove pastry shells. Fill 2/3rds full with egg mixture and return to oven and bake 10-12 min
5) Remove from oven and serve immediately; while puffed with a sprinkle of parsley
NOTE: More egg than shells? Use your remaining egg mix for an omelette.
