- sweet potatoes or yams - 4
- butter - 2 tbsp.
- Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning - 1 tbsp.
- milk or light cream - 1/3 cup
- maple syrup - 4 tbsp.
- Sea salt to taste -
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish -
Peel and quarter yams and simmer in boiling water until done
In separate pan, melt together butter with cream, Mashed Potato Seasoning and
Drain potatoes and mash lightly adding butter mixture.
Season with salt and add parsley before serving.
