- Garlic & Mango Dressing - 1/2 cup
- hot pepper sauce - 1 tsp.
- grated lime zest - 1 tsp.
- chopped fresh coriander - 1/3 cup
- large shrimp, deveined, cooked, shelled - 1 lb.
- Salt and pepper to taste -
- red onion, sliced very thin - 1 cup
In a large bowl, whisk together Garlic & Mango Dressing, hot pepper sauce,
grated lime. Stir in coriander, salt and pepper.
