recipe for the audience during a trade show! Bravo!
- turnip - 1 cup
- parsnip - 1 cup
- carrot - 1 cup
- sweet potato - 1 cup
- Horseradish Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning - 4 tsp.
- white flour - 2 tbsp.
Julienne thin strips of assorted rooted vegetables. Immerse into ice-cold water.
Drain and pat very dry.
Combine flour and Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning in a plastic or paper bag.
Dust (shake in a bag) root vegetables with dry mixture until well coated.
Fast fry in Roasted Garlic Oil with Scapes over high heat until vegetables begin
to brown and curl.
Drain on paper towel. Season to taste with coarse sea salt.
