These herby Mediterranean-style potatoes taste so good it's hard to believe they're low in fat.
- Potatoes - 4 large, thinly sliced
- Olive Oil - 3 Tbsp
- Fresh/Frozen Ontario Garlic - 2, sliced
- Lemon Garlic & Rosemary Poultry Rub - 1 Tbsp
Heat grill to medium and simmer the potatoes in salted water fro 3 minutes. Drain well, tip into a shallow baking tray, then gently toss with the oil, garlic, Lemon Garlic & Rosemary seasoning. Spread out in one layer and grill for 10-15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
