Athen’s Garlic Pizza – Olive Tapenade with Garlic

The trendy new eating spot, The Art See Cafe in Bayfield, Ontario developed this
flavourful mini pizza using our Garlic Tapenade. A toaster oven is a must to keep
the crust crisp.
Ingredients:
- Olive Tapenade with Garlic -
- Whole Wheat Greek Pita bread -
- Freshly steamed baby spinach -
- Fresh roasted tomatoes sliced -
- Toasted pine nuts -
- Feta Cheese -
- Mozzarella cheese -
Instructions:
Layer the Olive Tapenade with Garlic, steamed spinach, sliced roasted tomato on
pita bread.
Garnish with pine nuts and cheese.
Bake in toaster oven about 4 minutes.
OPTIONAL: Bake on pizza stone in oven.
