- zucchini cut diagonally in 3/8 - 1/2 lb.
- red onion cut in 3/8 - 1 med.
- sweet red pepper cut in 3/8 - 1 med.
- grape seed oil (non flavored) - 3 tbsp.
- Garlicky Italian Seasoning - 1 tbsp.
- Sea Salt & white pepper to taste -
Sauté oil and onions until clear.
Add Garlicky Italian Seasoning and zucchini cooking several minutes until half
Add the red peppers continue cooking until aldente.
Season with salt and pepper.
