- Hot Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning - 1/2 tsp.
- eggs - 6
- mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Parsley or Paprika to garnish -
- Salt and pepper to taste -
Boil eggs in water in medium saucepan about 8 minutes. Remove from water,
cool and peel eggs.
Cut eggs in half, remove yolks to small bowl and mash. Add mayonnaise,
mustard, Hot Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning and adjust seasoning with salt
and pepper to taste.
Stuff egg white halves with creamed yolk mixture. Garnish. Chill.
