- 4 ripe avocados -
- 1 tsp. Garlic Spice Rub -
- 1 tomato -
- 1 yellow tomato -
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped -
- 1 small red onion -
- 1 lime (juice only) -
- lemon (juice only) - 1
- sea salt - 1 tsp.
- shakes of Tabasco Sauce or 2 red Jalapeno peppers seeded and diced - 5
Seed and dice all vegetables.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours.
Serve. (Recipe may be cut in half if desired)
Serve on fresh salad greens with croutons or corn chips.
Cut the tops off tomatoes and remove insides and place mixture in, top with a
spoon of sour cream. Sprinkle with chili powder.
