- Roasted Garlic Oil with Garlic Scapes -
- Fresh black cracked pepper -
Boil potatoes, skin on, until done. Cool and transfer to fridge until cold.
Cut thick (about 3/4”), skins on before drudging in Roasted Garlic Oil with Garlic Scapes.
Season with Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt and pepper.
Grill over medium heat until hot, turning once.
Serve 2-3 thick cut slices per person garnished with a dab of butter and sprig of parsley
