Smokehouse Garlic & Turkey Chili

Our Smoked Grilling Sauce is made with field fresh garlic smoked at our local butchers.
Ingredients:
- Raw Boneless Turkey - 3 1lbs, diced
- Fresh/Frozen Ontario Garlic - 12 cloves, quartered
- Onion - 1 lrg, diced
- Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Black Turtle Bean - 1 can ( 540ml)
- Tomatoes - 1 can (796ml) diced
- Chicken Broth or Stock - 12 cups
- Tomato Paste - 1 cup
- Smoked Garlic Grilling Sauce - 1 jar ( 355ml)
- Sauce
- Ground Cumin - 2 tsp
- Chili Powder - 4 tsp
- Celery Salt - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Liguid Smoke (optional) - 2 tsp
Instructions:
1) In a large stockpot, sear off turkey, garlic , onion and mushrooms in oil on medium heat.
2) When turkey is cooked thoroughly, add stock, tomatoes and beans. Then add cumin, chili powder, celery salt and tomato paste, stir in Smoked Garlic Grilling Sauce and let simmer for 30 minutes. (Optional liquid smoke can be added now.)
