A versatile and great tasting dip for your favourite vegetables, in devilled eggs, as a spread, in rice, pasta or for taco chips.
- Green Peas - 3 cups fresh or thawed
- Yellow Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/4 cup
- Garlic Scapes - 1 cup chopped
- Sea salt - 1/4 tsp
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Hemp Seed (optional ) - 2 tbsp
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth adding preferred oil to desired consistency. Keep chilled.
