This recipe couldn’t be easier or more delicious with a soft hint of smoke and the sauce also works for chicken and pork.
- salmon fillets - 2
- Dijon mustard (good quality) - 2 tbsp.
- Chipolte pepper - ¼ tsp.
- Kosher salt - 1/8 tsp.
- Maple Orange Garlic Sauce - 1/4 cup
Preheat broiler and place rack 6” from broiler element. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and lightly oil. Blend all ingredients and divide over each fillet making a smooth thick paste on top. Broil 6-8 minutes without turning. Top will become glazed and crispy. Remove from oven and flourish with a light sprinkling of Kosher salt.
