- Roasted Garlic Oil with Garlic Scapes - 1/4 cup
- Garlic Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Garlicky Italian Seasoning - 1 tbsp.
- fresh lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 tsp
- crumbled blue cheese - 1 tbsp.
- Lightly stir all ingredients before adding cheese.
- Serve in shallow platter with fresh bread for dipping.
Notes: For best results, make in advance to unlock garlic flavour. Keeps well in a sealed container in the fridge.
