Pesto and sun-dried tomatoes combination gives this tuna salad a nice sweetness
- Tuna - 1 (6 ounce) can
- Garlic Scape & Kale Pesto - 1/4 cup
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 6 oil-packed, drained & diced
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp.
- Parmesan Cheese - 2 Tbsp. grated
- In a bowl, mix the tuna, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Cover, and refrigerated until ready to serve.
