No cooking required keeps these avocado bowls fiery and fresh!
- Chicken rotisseri or canned - 3 cans 6 oz rotisseri
- Fresh Cilantro - 1 tbsp finely chopped
- Turkey Chili Seasoning - 1 tsp
- Heirloom Ketchup - 1-2 tbsp (Optional)
- Avocado - 3 halved lengthwise and pitted
- Lime Juice - to taste
- Green Onion - garnish chopped fine
- Sour Cream - garnish
- Stir chicken, fresh cilantro and Turkey Chili Seasoning and ketchup (optional) together in bowl.
- Arrange avocado halves on serving dish and sprinkle with lime juice. Spoon chicken mixture into avocado halves.
You can garnish with chopped green onion and sour cream
