Medjool dates are a MUST to ensure the best salad.
- Apple Cider & Garlic Vinaigrette - 5 tbsp
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- small red onion (diced) - 2 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
- Medjool dates (pitted, cut in ½ then sliced) - ½ c
- Frisee (bite size pieces) - 1 head
- spinach - 4 c
- apple cored and thinly sliced - 1
- pistachios (chopped) - ½ c
- pear (thinly sliced) - 1
- radishes (thinly sliced) - 2
- Salt & pepper to taste -
Mix Apple Cider & Garlic Vinaigrette with oil, onion and mustard in a bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss in dressing and serve.
