This easy and delicious recipe adapts itself to chicken nicely.
1) Blend together all ingredients in a bowl (except pork) Place pork in a shallow dish or zip lock bag and coat thoroughly with marinade. Cover and chill overnight or up to 8 hours.
2) Preheat grill to medium-low heat Remove pork from marinade and set aside. Transfer remaining marinade to a small saucepan and cook on the stove over medium low heat for 5 minutes.
3) Brush grate with oil and place meat on grate. Grill pork, basting with reserved marinade for about 15-25 minutes or until interior is no longer pink. (Marinade will burn if heat is too high.)
