This dressing gets its sweetness from both the balsamic and maple syrup with a tanginess from the mustard.
- Extra Vrigin Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
- Balsamic Vinegar with Garlic - 1/4 Cup
- Pure Maple Syrup - 3 tbsp
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tsp
- Fresh Frozen Ontario Garlic Cloves - 1 clove minced
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Freshly Ground Pepper - 1/4 tsp
To make it:
Whisk together all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve
NOTE : For better results please use pure maple syrup not pancake syrup.
