Disarmingly simple this appetizer is big on flavour!
- creamy goat's cheese - 8 oz.
- Olive Tapenade with Garlic - 1/2 jar approx.
- Red pepper, diced fine for garnish -
Spread goat's cheese in shallow plate thinning if necessary with sour cream. Frost with Olive Tapenade with Garlic to within about 1" from edge of cheese. Garnish edges with diced red pepper. Serve with a side dish of assorted crackers, baguettes or flatbreads. A knife should be made available for serving.
