Pour package contents into a medium/large bowl. Add 1-1/2 cups
of boiling water plus 1 eggs lightly beaten. (If mixture is too dry to
knead into a ball, add a little more water.) Mix well.
Knead into a ball, flatten to 3/8” on a floured board. If dough is sticky, sprinkle
with a little more flour. Cut into shapes using a sharp knife or floured cookie
Bake 375°F on a cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes or until dry and firm. Cool
completely & store loosely in cookie box or paper bag in a dry place. Cookies may
