A treat that you can’t stop eating…until it’s all gone!
- coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 cup
- popcorn kernels - 1/3 cup
- dried cranberries - ½ cup
- unsalted butter - ¼ cup
- salt - ¼ tsp
- Smoked Garlic Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Toast nuts in a small frying pan over medium heat, about 3 minutes. Set aside. Pop corn kernels; cooked popcorn will measure about 8 cups. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in Smoked Garlic Seasoning and salt, stirring until fragrant; about 1 minute. May turn off the heat and let sit longer (do not burn). Toss with popcorn, cranberries and nuts until well combined. Serve in a shallow bowl to keep fruit and nuts from settling to the bottom of the bowl. Adopted from Chatheliane magazine
