An EPIC veggie experience! Roasted cauliflower has won the world over time and again. A delightful side to any dish or a main for vegetarians and vegans alike!
- 1 Head Cauliflower - About 5 cups trimmed and cut
- Roasted Garlic Oil - 2 tbsp
- Epic Garlicky Fry Salt - 2 tsp. or to taste
- Cooking spray -
1) Heat oven to $00F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or apply cooking spray.
2) Spread the cauliflower out evenly on the baking sheet, then drizzle with Roasted Garlic Oil. sprinkle evenly with the Garlicky Epic Fry Salt.
3) Bake for 25-30 minutes until soft and lightly golden.
4) Serve while hot
