- frozen Ontario garlic cloves, rinsed, patted dry to defrost (may microwave for 30 seconds) - 4
- baguette - 1
- butter - 100g
- mozzarella (grated) - 100g
- strong hard cheddar (grated) - 100g
- Blend of your choice of fresh parsley, rosemary, basil, marjoram and Paprika for sprinkling -
Preheat oven to 200C.
Dice the garlic cloves or push through a press and put into a food processor with all remaining ingredients (except bread).
Pulse and blend until completely mixed.
Cut the bread into diagonal slices, filling spread generously between slices.
Place the loaf onto a large piece of kitchen foil and wrap loosely. Bake about 20-25 minutes, until the filling is melted.
During last 5 minutes of cooking, open foil and sprinkle baguette with Paprika.
