Simple and delicious!
- arugula - 4 cups
- fresh figs, quartered - 8
- fresh grated parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
- pine nuts (optional sunflower seeds) - 2 Tbsp.
- honey - 2 Tbsp.
- Garlic Balsamic Vinegar - 2 Tbsp.
- extra virgin olive oil - 1 tsp.
1. Toss arugula, figs, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts together in a large bowl.
2. To make dressing, blend honey, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Drizzle over salad.
