- Beer - 12 oz
- Lemon Juice - 6 Tbsp
- Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Garlicky Italian Seasoning - 2 Tbsp
- Fresh/Frozen Ontario Garlic - 6 cloves, minced
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp.
- Cayenne Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Boneless Chicken - 2-3 lbs.
Whisk together beer, lemon juice, olive oil, garlicky Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne. Pour over chicken and refrigerate a few hours up to overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill until done, approximately 12-15 minutes.
